    For healthy living you have to limt your junkfood. You need to make sure you eat a balenced diet so that the body gets all the nutriens. Just atleast eat some healthy foods you will get healty.

    To be really healthy you should eat vegetables and fruits. Instead of junk food .The fruits you should eat are
    -apples
    - oranges
    -pear
    -grapes or
    -peaches.

    On the web-site I learned that fruits and vegetables have vitamins and minerals in them.I also learned that our food chart is like building blocks.There are 5 of the things on the building blocks chart. There is a little block that is the junk food.That’s all I have!

    The foods and fruits that are nutritious are apples,bananas, oranges,broccoli,cauliflower,strawberries, and pineapples.They are nutritious because they all have vitamins like for ex.vitamin a,vitamin c and other vitamins.

    It is good to eat good and healthy foods. If you don’t eat breakfast you wont know that much. Eating breakfast is good for your body. If you want to eat healthy you should eat: carrots, broccolie, cabbage, peas, pears, strawberries, bananas and apples if you want to eat healthy you really should eat all of these. I would if I were you.

    when you have breakfast every day it raises your carbohydrates. fruits are better for you than sweets. you should have cereal with extra milk to raise your calcium. you should eat beans to raise your protein. to much sugar is bad for our teeth. it leads to tooth decay. carbohydrates, vitamins and materials, calcium, and protein is good for you.fats are bad for you.

    Did you know that nutrition is important for your body? Well, it is. That’s why you should take care of your body. That is why I am going to tell you how you can. Our bodies are a bit like a car. We need to keep topping up our fuel levels, otherwise we run out of energy.If you walk up late for school and there is no time you should never just grab a pack of chips, you should drink some orange juice or milk. Sometimes the doctor says ” An Apple a Day Keeps the Doctor Away”. So if you do not like the doctor you should start to eat an apple a day. The things has protein are chicken, lentils, beans, meat, fish, and eggs. I know some parents say that eggs are not good for you.You should eat you veggies and fruits because they help you get stronger and smarter. Then you won’t get energy and if you don’t have energy you can’t race. If you don’t race you can’t win your friends and who doesn’t like racing their friends. So now you can be healthy and have lots and lots of energy so you can race your friends!!!!!!!

    Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If we skip breakfast,we will miss all the vitamins and minerals inside the food. Fruits and vegetables are full with vitamins,minerals,and fiber that protects our body from illness. Calcium is a mineral that is good for strengthning our teeth and bones.It helps our nerves and muscles work.Fat foods gives us body energy for us to grow,but we need to be sure we eat the right amount because fat can be really bad for us.We should all eat right and be healthy!
